By using the RuneHaven SMP website, Discord, store, or Minecraft server, you agree to follow these terms and the community rules posted by staff. These terms are for a community Minecraft server and should be reviewed by a qualified professional if formal legal advice is required.

Community conduct

Players are expected to follow the server rules, respect staff decisions, avoid harassment, avoid cheating, avoid exploiting bugs, avoid unfair automation, and keep the community fair for everyone.

Access and moderation

Staff may warn, mute, kick, ban, rollback, remove items, or restrict access when needed to protect the server, enforce rules, investigate issues, or prevent abuse.

Purchases and rewards

Store purchases help support the server. Cosmetic or quality of life rewards may change over time as the server updates. Refunds, chargebacks, and payment issues are handled according to the store provider and posted store policies.

Availability

RuneHaven SMP may experience downtime, maintenance, bugs, resets, updates, or feature changes. Staff work to keep the server stable, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

RuneHaven SMP is an independent community server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
