Ban appeals
If you think a ban was made by mistake, tell me what happened and give me enough detail to look into it. Keep it honest and respectful.
Before you send one
A ban appeal is your chance to explain what happened. It does not automatically remove the ban. Send one clear appeal and give staff time to review it. Repeated submissions will not make a decision come faster.
- Use the Minecraft name that was banned.
- Include the reason and date shown when you were banned, if you know them.
- Explain what happened from your side. Be specific about the situation.
- Tell us why you are appealing and what you would do differently.
- Give staff a Discord account or another way to contact you.
Send in an appeal
Your appeal is private. Google Forms sends your answers to RuneHaven staff, and you can review them in the response Sheet. Your email address is not collected. Don’t include your password, payment details, or anything unrelated to the ban.
