Load the resource pack

Accept the server pack when joining. It supplies custom item textures, menu icons, ores, furniture, and cosmetics. If things look like random vanilla items or broken symbols, check your server resource-pack setting and reconnect.

Use /ia to browse custom items and /iarecipe for recipes. Some progression items come from rewards or combat rather than a crafting table.

Ores and chisels

Some custom ore blocks need a chisel in a crafting recipe. This does not mean every custom block becomes an ingot, or that all ores use the same process.

For example, Iron Dirt Ore + Chisel produces one Iron Nugget and uses chisel durability. In the shown recipe, the chisel sits to the left of the ore in the middle row. The chisel itself uses one iron ingot and one stick diagonally: iron in the middle-right slot and stick in the bottom-middle slot.

Follow the item’s own recipe for other ores. Custom building fragments are not automatically ore or currency. If you’re unsure, keep the item and check it in the catalogue.

Backpacks

Backpack crafting is disabled for these tiers. Use the backpack shop or an available reward source. The backpack is not owner-locked, and it is not kept on death by default. Anyone holding it may be able to open the contents.

Opening in combat is disabled and bundles are not allowed inside. You can use the offhand for the worn presentation shown by the server’s backpack menu. Keep your irreplaceable items somewhere safer when learning a dangerous area.

Mob Nets

A single-use Mob Net and a reusable Mob Net have different recipes. Right-click a supported creature to capture it, then use the filled net to release it in an allowed location.

Capture is chance-based. Cows, sheep, pigs, and chickens have a 95% base chance; horses have 85%. Not every mob is supported. Players, dragons, Withers, Wardens, Wandering Traders, and Iron Golems are blocked, and custom Mythic mobs cannot be captured.

Claim and protected-region restrictions apply to both capture and release. Don’t use a net as a way around someone’s land protection.

Spawner Finder

Spawner Finder has a 25% recovery chance in the custom recovery plugin. It is not a guarantee that every spawner you break will drop. Check that you have the correct enchant before risking a spawner.

Wandering Traders can also offer rare spawner trades. Read the price and purchase limit before spending your materials. Do not assume a generic Silk Touch pickaxe does the same thing as the custom enchant.

Wandering Traders and decoration

Traders can have extra decorative trades alongside normal ones, including microblocks and heads. Each visit is a different selection. Check it while the trader is around if you’re working on a detailed build.

The Furniture Crate is another source of custom decorations, including themed furniture and plushies. Preview it before spending a key. Custom furniture and a backpack cosmetic do not necessarily have the storage behavior of a real backpack item.

Auto tools and personal settings

Use /bt auto for automatic tool settings and /settings for player preferences. Auto tool selection starts enabled and uses your hotbar by default, so keep the tools you want it to choose there. Switching during battle is disabled.

Automatic hotbar refill starts off. Use /refill or /rf to toggle it when available. If the selected tool feels wrong, check the toggle and hotbar before assuming the item is broken.

The server’s own tool-switching feature is supported. That is separate from using an external mining bot or clicker.
