Teams

Use /team to create or manage a team. The normal maximum is eight players. Team homes and up to two team warps help you share places without publishing them to everyone.

Team home and warp teleports have a three-second delay and a two-minute cooldown. Team creation fees and the team bank are disabled. Friendly fire starts disabled, but still check your team settings.

A team does not automatically grant claim trust or factory access. Set those up separately, and only give access to people you trust.

Public player warps

Use /pw to browse player places or /pw create name to publish yours. You start with one free player warp and a default allowance of one. Additional access can raise your allowance; extra paid warp creation is $20,000.

Warp edits can cost money: relocating is $10,000, renaming is $2,500, and setting a description is $10,000. Check the menu before changing things repeatedly. Visitors may also face an admission price set by the owner.

Warps become inactive if their owner has not played for 14 days. Nether and End destinations require the normal entry advancements, and Adventure World destinations are blocked.

If you don’t want everyone visiting your base, use a home or team home instead of a public warp.

Cosmetics and custom builds

Open /cosmetics to look at unlocked cosmetics and /settings for personal options. Hats, particles, glows, balloons, skins, and emotes are different collections; owning one does not unlock the whole category.

The Coin Shop and crates provide more things to collect. Check the item description for what you actually receive, especially when a cosmetic looks like a functional item.

Voice chat

Simple Voice Chat is available for players using its compatible client mod. Regular Minecraft chat still works without it. Check your microphone and the voice-chat settings before joining a conversation.

Keep the same respect in voice that you would in text chat.

Events and games

Watch server announcements for events and their entry instructions. Hunger Games includes solo and duo formats. Event rules and win conditions depend on the activity, so read them before joining.

Fishing challenges and envoy hunts have their own schedules in the fishing and Adventure guides.

Reporting something broken

For a ban, use the ban appeal form. For a bug, use /bug, /bugreport, or /reportbug, or contact staff through Discord. Tell us what you were doing, what happened instead, and whether it happens again.

• Include the relevant item or command.
• Include the world and coordinates privately if it concerns a location.
• Add a screenshot or short clip if it helps show the problem.
• For a missing purchase or reward, include the rough time and the menu used.

Don’t keep repeating a bug to farm items while waiting for help. Report it and leave it alone.

Death, missing items, and what to report

Start by checking where you died, your storage, and any backpack you were carrying. A backpack can drop with its contents; it is not protected storage just because the inventory was inside another item.

If something looks like a bug, send your Minecraft name, the approximate time and timezone, the world and location, what was lost, and what you were doing. A screenshot or short clip helps. Send private base coordinates directly to staff rather than posting them publicly.

Normal deaths, lava, risky fights, and mistakes are not automatic replacement requests. Verified bugs are handled case by case. Don’t promise someone that staff will replace an item before it has been checked.

When custom items look wrong

1. Disconnect and open the saved RuneHaven server entry in your multiplayer list. Set Server Resource Packs to Enabled, or Prompt if you want to accept it manually.
2. Reconnect, accept the download, and let it finish loading.
3. Check a familiar custom item or menu. If only one item is wrong, include its name in your report.
4. If the pack still fails, send the error text, Minecraft version, and any relevant client mods through Discord.

Do not discard an expensive item just because its texture is wrong. The item data and its appearance are different things.
